Fully Supported Consulting Services
Clients that do not have the resources to dedicated a staff member or team to support the E-rate process year round and the budget that would allow for annual trainings.
Training and Support Services
Applicants who have a dedicated E-rate team that has recently added a new member or does not have the resources to attend the national trainings sponsored by USAC.
Support Service
Often established and well-trained E-rate teams experience issues that they cannot resolve. Often, they need a source with the knowledge that can only be gained by processing hundreds of applications each year. application.
Audit Support
When an applicant receives notice of an audit or a loss of funding it is imperative that any questions asked by an auditor or reviewer be answered in a specific way so that misunderstandings are minimized. Most applicants never endure an audit or refund funding to USAC unnecessarily.
